These terms apply when you request a quote, book a service, or use this website from ARS Shiny Cleaning (“we”, “us”). By booking a service or submitting a quote request, you agree to them. We’ve written them in plain language on purpose.

1. Our services

We provide residential, apartment, office, deep, move-in, move-out and post-construction cleaning in New Hampshire, as described on each service page. The exact scope of your clean is confirmed when you book, including any add-ons like the inside of an oven or refrigerator.

2. Estimates and pricing

Prices shown on this website and in our quote form are approximate ranges, not final prices. We confirm the exact price by phone (or in writing) before any work is booked. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. The final price may vary if the space, condition or scope differs from what was described.

3. Scheduling, access and changes

We coordinate access before the visit (someone at home, a key, a lockbox or a door code) and confirm the details in advance. If you need to reschedule, contact us as soon as possible; specific cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed when you book. If we can’t access the space at the agreed time, the visit may need to be rescheduled.

4. Supplies and equipment

Our team brings the supplies and equipment needed for the job. If you prefer we use specific products (for allergies, sensitivities or surface care), tell us before the visit and we’ll accommodate where we can.

5. Pets and valuables

Please tell us about pets when you book. Friendly pets are welcome to stay, but nervous or territorial animals should be secured for the safety of everyone involved. We ask that valuables, cash, jewelry and sensitive documents be stored away before a visit.

6. If something isn’t right

Tell us promptly, ideally within 24 hours of your cleaning, and we’ll work to make it right. Quick reporting lets us inspect the issue while it’s fresh and resolve it fairly.

7. Payments

Accepted payment methods and payment timing are confirmed when you book. New Hampshire does not charge state sales tax on cleaning services, so the price you confirm is the price you pay.

8. Limitation of liability

We take care with every home we enter. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for items that were already damaged, improperly installed or inherently fragile. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your rights under New Hampshire consumer protection law.

9. This website

The content on this site is provided for general information. We do our best to keep it accurate and current, but prices, availability and service details can change. The site’s design, text and images belong to ARS Shiny Cleaning or are used under license and may not be copied for commercial use.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, United States.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when they were last reviewed. Continued use of the site or our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
